gpexForms is a powerful tool that allows non-technical subject matter experts to create secure intelligent multi-page forms. gpexForms is accessible via a standard web browser and requires no additional software installation.
Multi Page forms
Any type of data capture form can be created, ranging from a single page contact form to multi-page proposal forms incorporating complex conditional logic.
Conditional Branching
Add intelligence to the forms by creating expressions to guide the user through the relevant pages based on the answers they provide. Determine which pages should be displayed on the fly, based on the responses provided.
