Machine enclosing

Utilising our new TFi-75 Folder Inserter we can handle 3,500 documents per hour, and can process up to eight documents of different sizes (single fold) and 6 documents (tri-fold), even if they are stapled.

Using our variable data printing services, letters can be printed and collated with other litho printed material and enclosed for quick dispatch via daily Royal Mail collections from our factory.

Hand enclosing

As you strive to attract attention in a competitive marketplace, mailing pieces can become more unusual. It is not always possible to machine enclose such jobs and the skilled handling of them on a manual basis becomes essential. We have produced a variety of unique printed items that can be hand enclosed for any marketing purposes.

Case Study

Our client regularly distributes to a local community group. Gpex receives the data and create a mail-merged letter which includes colour print and variable data. The letter is then combined with a pre-printed information sheet which is printed on one of our litho presses to reduce cost and both items are gathered and inserted into pre-printed windowed envelopes.

The items are posted on the same day as reciept of the data that morning.
